Our flexible approach to funding means that we can provide clients with an extensive range of financial solutions.
Commercial Contracts
Bladerunner takes full commercial risk. Many facilities operate in this way without needing to pay a management fee, and in some cases a percentage of excess profit can be re-invested by the company.
Management Fee
An agreed monthly management fee is negotiated to cover staffing and other costs for the operation of the facility.
Profit Share
A nominal management fee is paid with any profits generated from the facility shared by both parties.

Capital Package
Bladerunner works with partners to offer a design, build and finance package which allows for development without the need for capital expenditure. This means that unlike prudential borrowing, funding is off balance sheet and also has tax benefits for both the company and its employees.
The completed development is rented from the lending organisation with revenue generated by the new facility. The health and fitness club is delivered fitted out and ready to operate before any payment is due. Development costs are fixed to reduce financial exposure and eliminate cost overruns.
Consultancy Design
Bladerunner offers one-off project based work incorporating feasibility studies, consultancy, design and operational advice.
