Management Fee
A nominal management fee is paid with any profits generated from the facility shared by both parties.

Profit Share
A management fee is paid, but at a lower level with any profits generated in running the facility then shared by both parties.

Commercial Contracts
Bladerunner takes full commercial risk. Many facilities operate in this way without needing to pay a management fee, and in some cases a percentage of excess profit can be re-invested by the company.

Consultancy Design
Bladerunner offers one-off ,project- based work incorporating feasibility studies, consultancy, design and operational advice.
